I consider it a privilege to care for the sheep and even my most difficult days at the end of the day I leave feeling it was worth it as I prepare to do it all over again tomorrow. Humbled by the experience of knowing I am the extended arms of the Great Shepherd to His people. The photo of the sheep’s comfort peacefully resting in the shepherd’s arms spoke volumes to me on page 34. I could see and feel the comfort and peace of know you are loved and in a safe place and space.
