Spritual Warfare

I have to ask myself the same question...am I fully cognizant of the spiritual battle that rages around me? Especially when I find myself in a culture that plays down Satan while at the same time playing up evil.

The enemy's work is obvious when we compare societal statistics inside and outside the church. There is not much difference whether it is divorce, abuse, or addiction

Why is it so hard for the Church to remember that the gates of hell will not stand against the Church. Why are we do fearful?

I don't have an good answer...besides maybe we are too distracted by trivial things.
