Wow, what a book! a thorough study on the topic of shepherd leadership could be of great help for us pastors. i wonder if it is legitimate for a pastor to encourage his church members that one of the husband's primary roles is that of shepherd of his family. Then, how would you like to encourage those fathers in your flock in terms of privilege, priority, and integrity based on 1 Pet.51-4?
