Shepherd leadership is about finding lost sheep. When we sum up our calling it is this. Praise God for those we have coming each Sunday but if we only see those faces, we are missing the mark. Jesus Christ came to save those who are lost. Every day our hearts should long for those who are not there. They are our friends, neighbors, co-workers and loved ones.
