As a Servant Leader, we are called to service above self. We are called to care for others, using the gifts and talants God has given us. Caring for others requires humility. A Christ like humility - Christ lowered His position to that of a slave and washed the dirt and filth off His deciples feet. We must pass the "service test", reaching out to those sheep that have wondered far from the relationship with the good shepherd. Having being exposed to the vices of a world that has not been favorable toward them, we must reach out with care and compassion and rescue them, notwithstanding, the bruises, smell, and perals sustained by a non-caring world. Let us serve and finish with joy, fulfilling the mandate of our calling.
