interviewing a shepherd who had his flock stolen three times

Thank you for your explanation about the shepherd leadership in leading the flock from in front, driven from behind, or sometimes within. I wondered how your interview with the shepherd who had his flock stolen 3 times went. I believe we pastors should be challenged frequently whether we have fervent compassion toward His flock.
