Feeding those I lead

As team leader for a team of 13 missionaries, I can assume that they are feeding well personally and through their ministry involvements.
I was challenged by today's reading that there is an important place for me to feed those I lead. That was Jesus' challenge to Peter. If Peter needed to understand this, I need to as well.
For me, it is easy to use time together with team members in planning, working through the issues related to our ministries. I often take time to plan agendas and necessary documents, and my feeding time is an after thought. I need to take time to prepare feeding times as much as planning for points on a meeting's agenda.
