The 7 yr old boy lost a goat because he was distracted by a shepherd girl. I learned it so important to stay focus and pay attention. A distraction can cause the goat sheep or people to be scattered . There is a danger in store for the goat sheep and people when they are out without there shepherd. The elements, inproper nutrients,preditors and even death.
it is critical that I find my sheep when they are scattered. Not to come in until I find the missing one.
I am reminded of my pastor at a critical time in his live. He was hit by the lost of someone important. The sheep scattered all over. The sheperd never went out ti find there sheep but God is retrieving them himself.
