Many leadership says “it is not easy to find good help� but I want to say that before we are looking for a good helper at first, becoming a good helper. We at first have to think of being good helpers for God with hard working, expertise, and responsibility. On too many occasions God had trouble finding good help (p. 240) If we are faithful Shepherd over God’s flock, God will send us good help. Also, a conception that we have to understand is that it’s more caught than taught. It is not important to teach them any knowledge and skills in ministry but helpers have to be learnt by catching the heart of ministry for a leader. In that processing, they will don’t have a poor work ethic and bear fruit in the improved condition of the employer’s flock.
