Division

Early in my ministry I experienced the misunderstanding of those around me. Thinking that they/ we were all on the same page was a mistake. I had no clue of how to deal with conflict and division ensued. Restoration was still achieved, although the process took much longer in my heart, which affected my ability to trust others around me.
This devotional pierced my heart with the question of whom do you serve? But, It also made me look at those with whom I do ministry, especially volunteers and ask them them how are they being renewed to focus on the savior.
