Good shepherd leads sheep to right direction. Psalms says “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,�(23:2). The shepherd has obligation that leads sheep. My vision also is to serve, lead and teach adults based on adult mission because I am sure that adult mission is fundamental and effective ministry in the kingdom of God. Most churches emphasize adult mission. If all churches stress evangelizing adults to green pastures, in the future churches will continually be healthy, revive, and grow in quantity and quality.
