Shepherds.Sheep.Shepherds

As a Pastor, I have often thought and reflected up my responsibilities as a shepherd; however, the challenge to also see the sheep of my fold as shepherds working among their own venue is a wakeup call.

It reminds me of a talk I give on the "Walk to Emmaus" when I share that in marriage each partner (husband/wife) has the responsibility to re-present Christ to their partner.

It is far to easy for me to see my flock just as sheep and forget they also have the responsibility to shepherd (re-present Christ) in their own venue.
